David Fleischmann Esq: This is probably the most difficult question to answer. One must consider yourself a lawyer first and foremost. If you think you’ve done well, you’re probably right. However, there are a number of areas of law that I’ve followed with great success. Success in real estate development and litigation are probably the most obvious areas of law in which me as a CEO of my firm and my team at David Fleischmann & Associates, LLC have seen a great success.

Who is your favorite client to work for?

David Fleischmann Esq: Mostly all of them, but I would say in particular I enjoy working for high-net-worth individuals. These clients appreciate my attention to detail and my ability to negotiate the best possible deal for their home.

What do you like about your job?

David Fleischmann Esq: I like what you do. I’ve got a sense of why I want to do what you do, and I enjoy helping people achieve their goals. This is probably the most important factor. My job is to provide legal services to my clients. For me, this is more than just doing the work. I’m always looking to find a way to make my work meaningful.

Why you think you’re a good lawyer?

David Fleischmann Esq: Well, I’am ambitious. I like to get things done and I like to get things right. I don’t like to take advice from others. I like to do things your way. I’m a perfectionist by nature. I have a great work ethic, and take my job seriously.

In the course of my two decades-long career I have been always dedicated to my clients’ needs. My job is my passion and I love what I do.
